According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the initial management training program includes approximately nine days of in-person training. This training is specifically for the Operating Partner and certain personnel. Face Foundrie will provide this initial training program before the Facial Bar opens.
The training location is typically at Face Foundrie's headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, or at affiliate-owned Face Foundrié Facial Bars in the Minneapolis, Minnesota metropolitan area. It can also be conducted virtually, or through a combination of these methods, at Face Foundrie's discretion. The Operating Partner and Salon Manager must complete this training program to Face Foundrie's satisfaction at least 60 days before opening the Facial Bar.
Face Foundrie does not charge for up to three people to attend the initial training. However, the franchisee is responsible for all travel and living expenses incurred while attending the training. Additional employees may attend if space allows, but Face Foundrie may charge a training fee for each additional attendee. The FDD specifies that the current training fee is $1,200 per attendee, plus costs.
