What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Face Foundrie changes the System or standards of operation and does not specify a timeframe for compliance, the franchisee has 30 days to comply after receiving notification of the change. This requirement applies to changes to the System and the Operations Manual.

This means that a Face Foundrie franchisee must be prepared to adapt their business practices within 30 days of receiving notice of any changes to the System or Operations Manual if Face Foundrie does not provide a specific deadline. This could include changes to products, services, equipment, or marketing strategies. The franchisee is responsible for ensuring their Facial Bar adheres to the updated standards within this timeframe.

It is important for prospective Face Foundrie franchisees to understand that the franchisor has the right to make changes to the System and Operations Manual, and franchisees are obligated to comply with these changes. The 30-day compliance window provides a limited timeframe for franchisees to implement these changes, so it is crucial to stay informed of any updates and be prepared to act quickly. Franchisees should factor in potential costs and operational adjustments associated with these changes when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
