What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie reserves the right to limit the number of additional attendees for the initial training program. While Face Foundrie does not charge a fee for up to three individuals to participate in the initial training program, the franchisee is responsible for expenses like transportation, lodging, and meals for each attendee.
Franchisees can invite additional employees to the initial training program if space allows. However, Face Foundrie can charge its then-current training fee for each additional individual. This policy gives Face Foundrie the flexibility to manage training resources and ensure adequate attention for all participants.
This policy could impact a franchisee who wants to train a large number of employees during the initial training. The franchisee should inquire about the current training fee for additional attendees and the criteria Face Foundrie uses to determine whether to limit the number of attendees.
