What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the landlord grants and approves signage rights for the tenant. The landlord agrees to allow the tenant to use Face Foundrie's standard sign and awning package, but this is limited to the maximum extent permitted by local governmental authorities.

The tenant will be provided with a panel on any pylon, monument, or directory sign for the development where the premises is located. The tenant is permitted to install a standard sign on the panel, as approved by Face Foundrie, including the Face Foundrie logo.

This arrangement ensures that Face Foundrie franchisees have approved signage, which helps maintain brand consistency and visibility. However, franchisees need to be aware of local regulations that may restrict the size or type of signage allowed. Franchisees should work closely with Face Foundrie to ensure their signage meets both brand standards and local requirements.
