Does the Landlord approve the use of Face Foundrie's standard sign and awning package?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Landlord agrees to allow the Tenant (franchisee) to use Face Foundrie's standard sign and awning package. However, this approval is subject to the maximum extent permitted by local governmental authorities. This means that while the landlord consents to the standard signage, local regulations could restrict the size, type, or placement of the signs and awnings.

Additionally, the landlord will provide the tenant with a panel on any pylon/monument/directory sign for the development where the premises is located. The tenant is permitted to install a standard sign on this panel, as approved by Face Foundrie, including the brand's logo. This ensures that Face Foundrie's branding is visible on the larger development signage, subject to Face Foundrie's final approval of the sign's design.

This arrangement benefits the Face Foundrie franchisee by securing landlord approval for standard signage, which helps maintain brand consistency. However, franchisees must still verify local regulations to ensure full compliance.
