What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie has the right to inspect a potential supplier's facilities. As a condition of initial and continuing approval of a supplier, manufacturer, or distributor, Face Foundrie can require its representatives to inspect the supplier's facilities.
Face Foundrie can also request samples from proposed suppliers for evaluation and testing, either at Face Foundrie's facilities or an independent testing facility they designate. The franchisee is responsible for covering the costs associated with these evaluations and tests. Within 90 days of receiving the request and completing the evaluation and testing, Face Foundrie will notify the franchisee in writing of its approval or disapproval. Face Foundrie can deny approval for any reason, including limiting the number of approved suppliers. Face Foundrie also reserves the right to re-inspect the facilities and products of any approved supplier and revoke its approval if the supplier fails to meet Face Foundrie's current criteria. If approval is revoked, the franchisee must cease selling or using any disapproved items or purchasing from any disapproved supplier.
