What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are required to submit all health and safety inspection reports to Face Foundrie promptly upon receiving them. This requirement ensures that Face Foundrie is kept informed of the health and safety standards and compliance status of each franchised location. This allows Face Foundrie to address any potential issues or concerns in a timely manner.
This immediate submission requirement means that franchisees must have systems in place to quickly forward these reports to Face Foundrie as soon as they are received from the relevant inspection authorities. Failing to do so could result in penalties, as Face Foundrie may charge a late submission fee of $200 if reports are not received by the required deadline.
In addition to promptly submitting health and safety inspection reports, Face Foundrie franchisees must also keep copies of all health, fire, building occupancy, and similar inspection reports on file and available for Face Foundrie to review. Franchisees are also obligated to promptly forward any correspondence indicating non-compliance with applicable laws, rules, ordinances, and regulations to Face Foundrie.
