What happens if I don't remove the Face Foundrie signs within the specified timeframe?

ligations to customers or third parties after the termination or expiration of this Agreement;
- (b) promptly return to Franchisor all material furnished by Franchisor containing proprietary or confidential information, operating instructions, business practices, or methods or procedures, including, without limitation, the Operations Manual;
- (c) discontinue all use of the Marks, including at the Premises and on the vehicle, and the use of any and all signs, products, equipment and other items bearing the Marks. Any signs containing the Marks that Franchisee is unable to remove within one (1) day of the termination or expiration of this Agreement shall be completely covered by Franchisee until the time of their removal, which shall be in any event within ten (10) days following the expiration or termination of this Agreement;

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee fails to modify the exterior and interior of the Facial Bar to eliminate its identification as a Face Foundrie location after termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, Face Foundrie has the right to take action to modify the premises themselves. The franchisee is then responsible for covering the costs Face Foundrie incurs for these modifications.
Specifically, any Face Foundrie signs that the franchisee cannot remove within one day of the agreement's termination or expiration must be completely covered by the franchisee. This coverage must remain in place until the signs are removed, which must occur within ten days following the termination or expiration of the agreement.
This clause ensures that upon termination or expiration of the franchise agreement, the franchisee takes immediate and complete action to disassociate the location from the Face Foundrie brand, and if they don't, Face Foundrie can take action and charge them for it.
