What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must comply with changes to the System or standards of operation. Specifically, if Face Foundrie changes the System or standards of operation with respect to the Facial Bar, the franchisee must comply with each change within a reasonable time frame that Face Foundrie requires.
If Face Foundrie does not specify a time frame for compliance, the franchisee has 30 days after receiving notification of the change to comply. This requirement ensures uniformity and consistency across all Face Foundrie Facial Bars, which Face Foundrie believes is necessary for the successful operation of the franchise system.
This clause in the franchise agreement allows Face Foundrie to adapt its business model and operational requirements as needed to maintain brand standards, respond to market changes, and improve efficiency. For a franchisee, this means being prepared to invest in updates, training, or new equipment to align with Face Foundrie's evolving standards. It is important for prospective franchisees to factor in potential costs associated with these changes when evaluating the franchise opportunity.
