Does the Guaranty grant the undersigned any right to use the Face Foundrie marks or system?

According to the 2025 Face Foundrie Franchise Disclosure Document, the Guaranty does not grant the undersigned any right to use the "Face Foundrié" marks or system licensed to the Area Developer under the Agreement. This means that the person signing the Guaranty, who is guaranteeing the Area Developer's obligations, does not receive any rights to operate a Face Foundrie Facial Bar or use Face Foundrie's branding and operational methods.
