What is the Face Foundrie franchisee's obligation regarding replacements to the Facial Bar?

supervision or management of any additional Face Foundrié Facial Bar(s). Each Face Foundrié Facial Bar must have a different Salon Manager. You acknowledge and agree that the appointment of a Salon Manager will not relieve your Operating Partner of his or her supervisory responsibilities for the operation of your Facial Bar. You and your Operating Partner shall remain fully responsible for your Salon Manager's performance. In the event that your Salon Manager leaves your employment, dies or becomes disabled, or ceases to meet our qualifications, your Operating Partner must immediately assume day-to-day operational management and supervision of your Facial Bar on a full-time basis until the appointment of a new Salon Manager who meets Franchisor's qualifications and is approved by Franchisor. A replacement Salon Manager must be appointed within sixty (60) days after the departure of your previous Salon Manager. Your Salon Manager must complete the designated training programs to our satisfaction.

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisee has obligations regarding the replacement of a Salon Manager. If the Salon Manager leaves, dies, becomes disabled, or no longer meets Face Foundrie's qualifications, the Operating Partner must immediately take over the day-to-day management of the Facial Bar on a full-time basis. This continues until a new Salon Manager is appointed who meets Face Foundrie's qualifications and receives their approval.
The franchisee must appoint a replacement Salon Manager within sixty (60) days of the previous manager's departure. This ensures the Facial Bar maintains consistent supervision and operational standards. The replacement Salon Manager must also complete Face Foundrie's designated training programs to the franchisor's satisfaction.
The franchisee must provide Face Foundrie with the names of the Operating Partner and Salon Manager, along with any other required information to determine if these individuals meet Face Foundrie's qualifications. This information must be kept current throughout the term of the Franchise Agreement. Additionally, the franchisee must promptly notify Face Foundrie in writing if the Operating Partner or any Salon Manager cannot continue or no longer qualifies for their position, and corrective action must be taken within thirty (30) days of such notice. These requirements ensure that Face Foundrie maintains control over the qualifications and management of personnel in each franchised location.
