What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees must prominently display signs using the name "FACE FOUNDRIÉ" at the Facial Bar and any events they service. These signs must adhere to the nature, form, color, number, location, and size specifications that Face Foundrie directs or approves in writing. Franchisees are prohibited from displaying any sign or advertising that Face Foundrie reasonably objects to at the Facial Bar, the premises, or elsewhere.

Upon termination or expiration of the Franchise Agreement, franchisees must discontinue all use of Face Foundrie's marks, including on the premises and any vehicles, and remove all signs bearing these marks. If a franchisee cannot remove signs containing Face Foundrie's marks within one day of termination or expiration, they must completely cover the signs until removal, which must occur within ten days.

Franchisees are responsible for adapting Face Foundrie's standard design plans to their specific location, subject to Face Foundrie's approval. Franchisees must also make reasonable modifications to the exterior and interior décor of the Facial Bar and premises, as well as any vehicles, to eliminate its identification as a Face Foundrié Facial Bar, at their own expense, if Face Foundrie does not elect to acquire the lease. If the franchisee fails to do so, Face Foundrie can take action to modify the décor and charge the franchisee for the costs incurred. Franchisees are also responsible for complying with all applicable laws, rules, ordinances, regulations, and licensing and permitting requirements that affect or concern the Facial Bar or the premises, including signage regulations.
