What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the rights granted to a franchisee are restricted to a single Face Foundrié Facial Bar at a specific location. The Franchise Agreement grants the franchisee the right and obligation to operate a Facial Bar from the location specified in Exhibit A for a term of ten years.

The franchisee cannot operate the Facial Bar business or use the System at any location other than the approved Premises without Face Foundrie's prior written consent. Relocating the Facial Bar requires Face Foundrie's approval and incurs a relocation fee of $1,000, plus any expenses Face Foundrie incurs during the relocation.

This indicates that while the FDD does not explicitly forbid a franchisee from owning multiple locations, each location requires separate approval and adherence to the terms of a new Franchise Agreement. A prospective franchisee interested in operating multiple Face Foundrie locations should discuss the possibility of an area development agreement with the franchisor.
