What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are responsible for increased fees resulting from technology upgrades or modifications. The Technology Fee is currently $400 per month, but Face Foundrie reserves the right to increase this fee with notice.
The Technology Fee covers certain technologies used in the operation of the Facial Bar, including website hosting, at least two email addresses, and access to Face Foundrie's electronic systems. However, it does not include the subscription to the designated business management software, which the franchisee pays directly to that provider.
Face Foundrie retains the right to upgrade, modify, and add new technology and/or software. The franchisee is responsible for any increase in fees that result from these changes. This means that a franchisee's monthly expenses could increase if Face Foundrie decides to implement new technologies or software that come with higher costs.
