What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee is required to pay a one-time "Accounting System Set-up Fee" to Face Foundrie for the setup of an approved accounting system. This system includes an approved chart of accounts as well as products and services. The fee will be at Face Foundrie's then-current rate.
Furthermore, all Royalty Fees, Marketing Contributions, Technology Fees, and other fees or contributions required to be paid to Face Foundrie or its Affiliates must be paid via automated bank draft or another method determined by Face Foundrie. At least 30 days before opening the Facial Bar, the franchisee must provide Face Foundrie with their bank name, address, account number, and a voided check from their bank account.
In practice, this means a prospective Face Foundrie franchisee should budget for this one-time accounting system set-up fee in addition to other initial fees. They should also be prepared to set up automated payments from their business bank account well in advance of opening their Face Foundrie Facial Bar.
