What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee's rights are restricted to operating a single Facial Bar at the approved premises. The franchisee must use the premises exclusively for the Face Foundrie Facial Bar.
The agreement explicitly states that franchisees cannot conduct any other business, activity, or operation at the Facial Bar premises without obtaining prior written consent from Face Foundrie. This restriction ensures that the franchisee focuses solely on the Face Foundrie business and maintains the brand's uniformity and standards.
This requirement is typical in franchising, as franchisors want to maintain a consistent brand image and customer experience. By preventing franchisees from operating other businesses at the same location, Face Foundrie can ensure that the franchisee's attention and resources are dedicated to the success of the Face Foundrie Facial Bar. A prospective franchisee should consider this restriction and ensure they are comfortable dedicating the entire premises to the Face Foundrie business.
