Can a Face Foundrie franchisee contest the validity or ownership of any of the Marks during or after the term of the agreement?

According to the 2025 Face Foundrie Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are prohibited from contesting the validity or ownership of Face Foundrie's trademarks (the Marks). The agreement explicitly states that the franchisor and its affiliates retain all rights, title, and interest in the Marks.
