What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are restricted from disclosing customer information to any person or entity. The agreement explicitly states that the franchisee cannot reproduce, release, or make available customer information, either directly or indirectly, to anyone at any time, if that information could be used to solicit sales. This restriction is in place during the term of the agreement.
Face Foundrie franchisees must protect all customer information from disclosure, destruction, loss, or theft throughout the agreement's term. This obligation extends until all customer lists and related information are handed over to Face Foundrie. The franchisee is only allowed to use customer information in the performance of the Franchise Agreement.
Furthermore, franchisees must keep customer information separate from any other customer data they might possess that is unrelated to the Face Foundrie franchise. This ensures that Face Foundrie's customer data remains distinct and protected. Face Foundrie and its affiliates own all information relating to clients and members, including names, addresses, buying habits, and demographic information, considering it confidential and allowing them to use it for their business activities.
