What does Face Foundrie and the franchisee agree that the franchise agreement will supersede and cancel?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie and the franchisee acknowledge that they both want all the terms of their franchise relationship to be defined in the written agreement. They both agree that they do not want to enter into a business relationship where any terms or obligations are subject to any oral statements, or where oral statements serve as the basis for creating rights or obligations that are different from or supplementary to the rights and obligations as set forth in the Franchise Agreement.

Therefore, Face Foundrie and the franchisee agree that the Franchise Agreement will supersede and cancel any prior and contemporaneous discussions between them. Both parties agree that they have not relied, and will not rely, on any discussions. The franchisee agrees that no representations have been made about the Franchise Agreement, the Facial Bar, or the System other than what is contained in the Franchise Agreement and in the franchise disclosure document received before the franchisee signed the Franchise Agreement. The franchisee also agrees that no claims, representations, or warranties of earnings, sales, profits, or success of the Facial Bar have been made to the franchisee.
