Face_Foundrie Franchise · 2025 FDD

Answer from 2025 FDD Document

The Gross Sales figures in the table below reflect the Gross Sales reported by our point of sales system between April 1, 2024, and March 31, 2025, for the 34 franchised Facial Bars that were in operation during that entire reporting period. For reporting purposes, we have grouped these Facial Bars into four quartiles based on Gross Sales. These reported figures were not audited. The figures below do not include 14 franchised Facial Bars that opened in 2024, but after April 1, 2024, and thus were not open during the entirety of the reporting period. No

franchised Facial Bars closed during the reporting period. The figures below include one former corporate Facial Bar that was purchased by a franchisee in December 2024. Other than as disclosed in this paragraph, there were no other franchised Facial Bars in operation during the reporting period.

What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, certain franchised facial bars are excluded from the gross sales data for specific reasons related to their operational history during the reporting period. The gross sales figures presented reflect data from April 1, 2024, to March 31, 2025, for 34 franchised Facial Bars. These locations were in operation for the entire duration of this reporting period.

Specifically, 14 franchised Face Foundrie locations that opened during 2024, but after April 1, 2024, are not included in the gross sales data. The reason for this exclusion is that these locations were not open for the entirety of the reporting period. Additionally, the data excludes four corporate Facial Bars: two that closed in July 2024, one that opened in May 2024, and one that was sold to a franchisee in December 2024.

This approach to data reporting is common in the franchise industry, as it provides a more accurate representation of the financial performance of established locations. By focusing on units with a full year of operation, Face Foundrie aims to give prospective franchisees a clearer picture of potential earnings based on a consistent operational history. This also allows Face Foundrie to group the facial bars into quartiles based on gross sales to show a range of possible revenues.

Prospective franchisees should consider these exclusions when reviewing the financial performance representations. It is important to understand that the data reflects the performance of established locations and may not be indicative of the initial performance of a new Face Foundrie franchise. New franchisees may experience a ramp-up period before achieving similar sales figures.
