- 5.06 Modification by Franchisor. Franchisee recognizes and agrees that from time to time hereafter, Franchisor may change, modify or improve the System, including, without limitation, modifications to the Operations Manual, the processes and systems to support the Facial Bar, the products and services offered for sale, the required equipment, the signage, the presentation and usage of the Marks, and the adoption and use of new, modified or substituted Marks or other proprietary materials.
Franchisee agrees to accept, use and/or display for the purposes of this Agreement any such changes, modifications or improvements to the System, including, without limitation the adoption of new, modified or substituted Marks, as if they were part of the System as of the date of this Agreement, and Franchisee agrees to make such expenditures as such changes, modifications or improvements to the System may require.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Franchise Agreement allows Face Foundrie to modify the System. Face Foundrie can change or improve the System from time to time. These modifications can include changes to the Operations Manual, processes and systems supporting the Facial Bar, products and services offered, required equipment, signage, presentation and usage of the Marks, and the adoption of new Marks or proprietary materials.
As a Face Foundrie franchisee, you must accept and implement these changes, modifications, or improvements as if they were part of the original agreement. This includes adopting new or modified Marks.
Furthermore, franchisees are responsible for any expenditures required to implement these changes or improvements to the System. This means that franchisees may need to invest additional capital to keep their Face Foundrie Facial Bar up-to-date with the latest standards and offerings.
