What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if Face Foundrie determines that additional training is required before you open your Facial Bar, you will be subject to their then-current training fees. As of the date of the FDD, these fees are $400 per trainer per day.
In addition to the daily training fee, you will also be responsible for covering the trainer's expenses. These expenses include travel, lodging, meals, and other reasonable costs incurred by the trainer during the additional training period. This means that the total cost of additional pre-opening training can vary significantly depending on the duration of the training and the location of your Facial Bar, which affects travel and lodging expenses.
Face Foundrie emphasizes that training will occur after you sign the Franchise Agreement and while you are developing your Facial Bar. Your staff must complete the initial training to Face Foundrie's standards before you can open. Face Foundrie also retains the right to terminate the Franchise Agreement if your Operating Partner and manager-level employees do not complete the initial training to their satisfaction.
