What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee must obtain prior written consent from Face Foundrie to relocate their Facial Bar. If Face Foundrie approves the relocation, the franchisee is responsible for all associated costs and expenses.
In addition to covering the relocation expenses, Face Foundrie has the right to charge a relocation fee. This fee consists of $1,000, in addition to any expenses that Face Foundrie incurs while facilitating the relocation.
This means that if a Face Foundrie franchisee wants to move their Facial Bar to a new location, they not only have to pay for the physical move itself, but they also have to pay Face Foundrie a relocation fee.
