What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, expenses are required in addition to the initial training fee. The cost for the Initial Training Program is the then-current fee, which is currently $1,200 per attendee. Any successor or replacement Operating Partner or Salon Manager must successfully complete the Initial Training Program no more than 30 days after being appointed and before providing services in your Facial Bar.

Replacement Salon Managers who already work in your Facial Bar are not required to attend the full Initial Training Program, but instead will attend Manager Boot Camp. The then-current fee for Manager Boot Camp training program is currently $800 per attendee.

In addition to the training fees, Face Foundrie franchisees must also cover expenses for the Initial Training Program and Manager Boot Camp. If a trainee travels to one of Face Foundrie's locations for training, the franchisee is responsible for the expenses associated with travel.
