What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Face Foundrie Franchise Disclosure Document, the Initial Training Program for estheticians consists of seven days of in-person training and three days of virtual training. This training is mandatory for the Operating Partner and Salon Manager, and Face Foundrie specifies that they must complete it to the franchisor's satisfaction at least 60 days before the Facial Bar opens.

While there is no charge for the initial training for up to three people, the franchisee is responsible for covering all travel and living expenses incurred by themselves and their employees while attending the training. Additional employees can attend if space is available, but Face Foundrie may charge a training fee for each additional attendee, which is currently $1,200 per person plus costs.

Face Foundrie maintains the right to modify the location and format of the Initial Training Program at their discretion, potentially holding it at their headquarters in Eden Prairie, Minnesota, at affiliate-owned Face Foundrié Facial Bars in the Minneapolis area, virtually, or through a combination of these methods. This flexibility allows Face Foundrie to adapt the training to best suit their needs and resources.
