What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie has the right to deny approval of a supplier for any reason. Specifically, Face Foundrie can deny approval, including limiting the number of approved suppliers.
For a prospective franchisee, this means that Face Foundrie is not obligated to approve any particular supplier you might propose. Face Foundrie also does not have to make its standards and specifications available to prospective suppliers, as it can deem these confidential.
Face Foundrie also retains the right to re-inspect approved suppliers and revoke approval if they no longer meet Face Foundrie's current criteria. If a supplier is disapproved, the franchisee must cease purchasing from them and stop using any items from that supplier. This gives Face Foundrie significant control over the supply chain and product quality within its franchise system.
