What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a new Salon Manager must complete the Initial Training Program no more than 30 days after being appointed and before providing services at the Facial Bar. The cost for this training is the then-current fee, which is currently $1,200 per attendee, plus expenses.
However, there is an exception. Replacement Salon Managers who already work in the Facial Bar are not required to attend the full Initial Training Program. Instead, they will attend Manager Boot Camp, which is a four-day program as of the date of the 2025 Disclosure Document. The fee for Manager Boot Camp is currently $800 per attendee, plus expenses.
This means that Face Foundrie franchisees must ensure that any new Salon Manager, whether hired from outside or promoted from within, completes the required training within 30 days of their appointment. This ensures that all Salon Managers are properly trained and capable of providing services according to Face Foundrie standards. The franchisee will need to budget for either the Initial Training Program or the Manager Boot Camp, depending on the Salon Manager's prior experience.
