What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, a new Operating Partner must complete the Initial Training Program within 30 days of being appointed and before providing services at the Facial Bar. The cost for this training is the then-current fee, which is currently $1,200 per attendee, plus expenses.

This requirement ensures that all Operating Partners are properly trained in Face Foundrie's methods and standards before they begin working. This helps maintain consistency and quality across all franchise locations. The franchisee is responsible for covering the training fee and any associated expenses for the Operating Partner.

It is important to note that this requirement applies to successor or replacement Operating Partners. If a replacement Salon Manager already works in the Facial Bar, they are not required to attend the full Initial Training Program, but instead will attend Manager Boot Camp. This boot camp has a then-current fee of $800 per attendee, plus expenses. Franchisees should factor these training costs into their budget when planning for staffing changes.
