What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if a franchisee requests additional training or if Face Foundrie determines that additional assistance or training is required during the operation of the Facial Bar, the franchisee must pay a per diem training fee for each trainer. The current fee is $400 per day per trainer.
In addition to the per diem fee, the franchisee is also responsible for reimbursing Face Foundrie for all out-of-pocket costs and expenses incurred by the trainers. These expenses include lodging, meals, travel arrangements, and other reasonable expenses associated with the additional training.
Furthermore, if a trainee travels to one of Face Foundrie's locations for training, the franchisee is responsible for covering the expenses associated with travel. This means that franchisees should budget not only for the training fee itself but also for all associated travel and living expenses for the trainer(s) and trainee(s).
