What costs and expenses are included in the indemnification provided to Face Foundrie under the Guaranty?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the Guaranty, Indemnification, and Acknowledgment agreement requires the guarantor to defend, indemnify, and hold Face Foundrie harmless against various financial impacts resulting from the franchisee's failures. This includes all losses, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses. These expenses specifically include reasonable attorney's fees, reasonable costs of financial and other investigations, court costs, and other associated fees and expenses.
