What constitutes misuse or unauthorized use of the Marks by a Face Foundrie Area Developer?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, if an Area Developer misuses or makes any unauthorized use of the Marks or any other identifying characteristics of the Face Foundrie system, it constitutes a breach of the Area Development Agreement.
