Does Face Foundrie conduct on-site inspections during the construction of my Facial Bar?

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Face Foundrie reserves the right to conduct on-site inspections during the construction of your Facial Bar as they deem appropriate. Face Foundrie also reserves the right to require you to pay their then-current fee for such inspections and reimburse them for out-of-pocket expenses, including costs of transportation, lodging, and meals.

Prior to construction, Face Foundrie provides a set of standard specifications for a prototype Facial Bar, including requirements for dimensions, design, image, interior layout, décor, fixtures, equipment, signs, fixtures, furnishings, and color scheme. Franchisees must submit proposed site and construction plans for Face Foundrie's approval, and construction must be completed according to their specifications. Franchisees are responsible for overseeing the construction, remodeling, and/or decorating of the premises, according to the standards and guidelines Face Foundrie provides.

While Face Foundrie does not directly provide or install these items, they must approve any and all changes or revisions to the plans and specifications. This ensures that the Facial Bar aligns with the brand's standards and requirements. The Operations Manual also serves as a guide to ensure the franchisee understands the brand standards.
