What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the franchisor has the right to approve transfers of the Area Development Agreement. Unless Face Foundrie waives certain requirements, a transfer is conditional on a simultaneous transfer of all existing Franchise Agreements to the same approved transferee.
In addition to the simultaneous transfer of all existing Franchise Agreements, Face Foundrie requires that the first Facial Bar under the franchisee's first Franchise Agreement must be open and operating.
These conditions ensure that any new area developer is fully committed to the Face Foundrie system and has demonstrated the ability to successfully operate a Facial Bar. This protects the brand and ensures consistency across all locations.
