What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company reserves the right to conduct on-site inspections during the construction of your Facial Bar to ensure compliance with brand standards. Face Foundrie estimates one construction visit to your site, and as of the date of the FDD, there is no cost for this first visit.

However, if additional construction visits are required, Face Foundrie may require you to pay or reimburse their out-of-pocket expenses. These expenses include costs of transportation, lodging, and meals incurred during the on-site inspections. The estimated cost for any additional construction visit ranges from $500 to $1,500 per visit, and these costs are non-refundable.

This means that while the initial construction visit is currently free, franchisees should be prepared to cover expenses for subsequent visits if deemed necessary by Face Foundrie. It is important to factor in these potential costs when budgeting for the initial setup of the Facial Bar. Franchisees should clarify with Face Foundrie the specific circumstances that would necessitate additional construction visits to better anticipate potential expenses.
