What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, attendance at the annual convention is required for specific individuals. The person holding a controlling interest in the Face Foundrie franchise and the Operating Partner, if different, must attend the annual convention each year, assuming Face Foundrie holds one.
If the franchisee wants to send additional people to the annual Face Foundrie convention, they must pay an additional registration fee for each person. The FDD states that Face Foundrie may increase this fee from time to time. Currently, the annual convention registration fee is $600 per attendee based on early registration.
This mandatory attendance policy ensures that key individuals within each Face Foundrie franchise stay informed about brand updates, operational changes, and best practices. While the franchisee must cover the registration costs for additional attendees, the requirement for the controlling interest and Operating Partner highlights the importance Face Foundrie places on consistent brand representation and knowledge dissemination throughout its franchise network.
