What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Face Foundrie Franchise Disclosure Document, Section 3.01 addresses site selection for the Facial Bar. It specifies that Face Foundrie offers criteria for site approval but does not provide site-selection assistance.
Therefore, the franchisee is responsible for identifying and acquiring a site that meets Face Foundrie's approval for the Facial Bar's operation. This means the franchisee bears the responsibility of finding a location that aligns with Face Foundrie's standards and criteria, without direct assistance from the franchisor in the site selection process.
This approach to site selection places a significant burden on the franchisee, who must conduct market research, scout locations, and negotiate lease terms independently. Franchisees should carefully consider their ability to perform these tasks and factor in the costs associated with securing an appropriate site. It is important for prospective franchisees to understand Face Foundrie's site approval criteria and to seek clarification on any aspects of the site selection process that are unclear.
