What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to Face Foundrie's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, after the Franchisor approves a proposed site, the Area Developer must exert their best effort to secure the site. This is typically done through a lease or sublease that is acceptable to Face Foundrie.

Following the securing of the site, the Area Developer is required to immediately inform Face Foundrie of the execution of the approved lease or binding purchase agreement. This notification is crucial for keeping Face Foundrie informed about the progress of the site acquisition.

The site that is approved and secured will then be officially designated as the "Approved Location" within the Franchise Agreement. This formalizes the location as the official site for the Face Foundrie Facial Bar under the terms of the agreement, as executed pursuant to Section 3.4.
