These standards include trade dress, presentation of the Marks, and ensuring the availability of products and services central to a functioning Facial Bar. This review does not assess compliance with federal, state, or local laws and regulations, including the ADA. Compliance with these laws is the sole responsibility of the franchisee.

Face Foundrie provides franchisees with specifications and guidelines for the construction of a Face Foundrié Facial Bar, including interior design, layout, fixtures, furnishings, equipment, and signs. However, these standard design plans and specifications do not include the requirements of any federal, state, or local law, code, or regulation, including those concerning the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) or similar rules governing public accommodations or commercial facilities for persons with disabilities. The franchisee is responsible for complying with all such requirements and for obtaining all necessary permits and certifications for the lawful construction and operation of the Facial Bar.

In practice, this means that while Face Foundrie reviews the plans to ensure brand consistency and functionality, the franchisee bears the ultimate responsibility for ensuring the Facial Bar complies with all applicable laws and regulations. This includes, but is not limited to, ADA compliance, building codes, and other local ordinances. Franchisees should engage qualified professionals to ensure their Facial Bar meets all legal requirements, as Face Foundrie's approval does not constitute a warranty of compliance.
