- (a) You agree that Your personal data, the terms of the contract and Your ERA Business information can be used by the Franchisor and/or third parties selected by the Franchisor for administrative and other purposes and in particular for the purpose of evaluation, the preparation of comparisons, analysis, and benchmarking, as well as the exercise of rights by the Franchisor subject in all cases to compliance with all applicable data protection legislation. The Franchisor may use the information anonymously for promotional purposes.
