Approved Suppliers
We have the right to require you to purchase any items or services necessary to operate your Consulting Business from a supplier that we approve or designate (each, an "Approved Supplier"), which may include us or our affiliate(s). We will provide you with a list of our Approved Suppliers in writing as part of the Manuals or otherwise in writing, and we may update or modify this list as we deem appropriate.
Currently, we have Approved Suppliers for certain items that you must purchase or license, as applicable, in connection with the establishment and/or operation of your Consulting Business, including without limitation: (i) the Centralized Billing Service; (ii) the Proprietary Software; (iii) other office computer software; (iv) email accounts and services including document signing services; (v) marketing materials; and (vi) certain portions of our ISMP program.
As of the date of this document, we and/or our affiliates are the only Approved Supplier for the (a) Proprietary Software, (b) email accounts, document signing services, and (c) technology we determine to cover as part of the Technology Fee. While not a required purchase, we will also review and help administer Approved Services to ERA Threshold Accounts, while our affiliate will do the same with respect to ERAC Accounts.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to modify the list of approved suppliers. Expense Reduction Analysts will provide a list of approved suppliers in writing as part of the manuals or otherwise in writing, and Expense Reduction Analysts may update or modify this list as they deem appropriate.
Currently, Expense Reduction Analysts has approved suppliers for certain items that franchisees must purchase or license. These include the Centralized Billing Service, the Proprietary Software, other office computer software, email accounts and services including document signing services, marketing materials, and certain portions of the ISMP program.
Expense Reduction Analysts also has the right to designate themselves or their affiliates as an approved supplier with respect to any item a franchisee must purchase in connection with their Consulting Business in the future. If a franchisee wishes to offer any product or service other than Expense Reduction Analysts's Approved Products and Services or use any item in connection with their Consulting Business that does not meet Expense Reduction Analysts's System standards and specifications, then they must obtain Expense Reduction Analysts's prior written approval.
