Under what conditions can I request Additional Training from Expense Reduction Analysts?

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, you may request additional training in writing, but it is subject to certain conditions. Expense Reduction Analysts may provide additional training or on-site assistance if you submit a reasonable written request. However, this is subject to the schedule and availability of Expense Reduction Analysts' training personnel.

If Expense Reduction Analysts provides the additional training you requested, you are responsible for paying the applicable training fee for each trainer provided. You must also cover the costs and expenses that the personnel incur while providing the training. Expense Reduction Analysts will provide additional training as it deems appropriate in its discretion.

It is important to note that Expense Reduction Analysts also has the discretion to develop additional training courses and require you and your Practice Model Consultants to attend them. In this case, Expense Reduction Analysts will not require you to pay the training fee if the training is required, provided remotely or online, or for meetings at the support center. However, you will still be responsible for covering the costs and expenses for you and your personnel to attend the training, which may be at a designated training facility.
