You must pay SpendVue Fees to the Franchisor (or its nominee) in accordance with the terms specified in Section 11 of the Data Sheet.
SpendVue is proprietary software owned by franchisor and required to be used in all projects. SpendVue assists the presentation of the benefit of franchisee's expense reduction offering to its clients. The charge is currently 1.5% of the Net Cumulative Receipts, which sum is paid to Franchisor whenever the client pays the project fees. If the prospective client does not engage franchisee's services, no fees will be charged to franchisee for using SpendVue in the client engagement process.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, franchisees are not charged fees for using SpendVue if a prospective client does not engage the franchisee's services. SpendVue is Expense Reduction Analysts' proprietary software, which is required to be used in all projects to assist in presenting the benefits of the franchisee's expense reduction offerings to clients.
Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees are charged 1.5% of Net Cumulative Receipts for SpendVue, which is paid to the franchisor whenever the client pays the project fees. However, if the prospective client chooses not to use the franchisee's services, then the franchisee will not be charged any fees for using SpendVue during the client engagement process.
It is important to note that Expense Reduction Analysts may develop or substitute other cost intelligence assessment tools or proprietary products for use in the Consulting Business, including private-label products that bear their Marks. If Expense Reduction Analysts updates or replaces SpendVue, franchisees will be required to use and pay fees for any such alternate product(s). Therefore, any reference to "SpendVue" includes any successor or alternate product.
