What This Means (2025 FDD)

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, a franchisee will not be charged for using SpendVue if the prospective client does not engage the franchisee's services. SpendVue is Expense Reduction Analysts' proprietary software that franchisees are required to use in all projects to demonstrate the benefits of their expense reduction services to clients.

In cases where a prospective client decides not to proceed with the franchisee's services after the initial engagement process involving SpendVue, the franchisee will not incur any fees for using the software during that client engagement. However, if the client does engage the franchisee's services, a fee of 1.5% of the Net Cumulative Receipts is charged to the franchisee, which is paid to Expense Reduction Analysts whenever the client pays the project fees.

Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to update or replace SpendVue with other cost intelligence assessment tools or proprietary products, and franchisees would be required to use and pay fees for any such alternate products. Franchisees should be aware that the SpendVue fees they pay may be reimbursable from their Marketing Fund Contributions, providing a potential avenue to offset these costs.
