- (4) The Franchisor may require You to attend Remedial Training that the Franchisor reasonably determines.
You and appropriate personnel must undertake such Remedial training in response to (a) the failure of You or any other required personnel to sufficiently complete the Foundational Training Program or any type of Additional Training that the Franchisor requires under Section 12.2, or (b) Your failure to operate the Business in accordance with the terms of the Agreement after the Franchisor has provided You with written notice of such failure.
The Franchisor reserves the right to charge its applicable Training Fee for any Remedial Training that is provided to You and/or Your personnel, and You must cover the costs and expenses incurred by the Franchisor and its personnel in providing such Remedial Training.

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Remedial Training may be required under specific circumstances. Prospective franchisees should note that Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to charge its applicable Training Fee for any Remedial Training provided to you or your personnel. Additionally, you are responsible for covering the costs and expenses incurred by Expense Reduction Analysts and its personnel in providing such Remedial Training. This means that franchisees could face additional expenses if they or their staff do not meet the required training standards or fail to adhere to the operational guidelines outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
