Under what circumstances might Expense Reduction Analysts require Remedial Training?

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Remedial Training may be required under specific circumstances. Expense Reduction Analysts may require you and your personnel to undertake Remedial Training if you or your personnel fail to sufficiently complete the Foundational Training Program or any required Additional Training. This ensures that all franchisees and their staff meet a minimum standard of competence in the core business practices.

Expense Reduction Analysts may also mandate Remedial Training if you fail to operate the business in accordance with the terms of the Franchise Agreement, after receiving written notice of the failure from Expense Reduction Analysts. This provision allows Expense Reduction Analysts to address operational deficiencies and ensure compliance with brand standards and contractual obligations.

Prospective franchisees should note that Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to charge its applicable Training Fee for any Remedial Training provided to you or your personnel. Additionally, you are responsible for covering the costs and expenses incurred by Expense Reduction Analysts and its personnel in providing such Remedial Training. This means that franchisees could face additional expenses if they or their staff do not meet the required training standards or fail to adhere to the operational guidelines outlined in the Franchise Agreement.
