Under what circumstances may Expense Reduction Analysts require a franchisee to attend Remedial Training?

- (4) The Franchisor may require You to attend Remedial Training that the Franchisor reasonably determines.
You and appropriate personnel must undertake such Remedial training in response to (a) the failure of You or any other required personnel to sufficiently complete the Foundational Training Program or any type of Additional Training that the Franchisor requires under Section 12.2, or (b) Your failure to operate the Business in accordance with the terms of the Agreement after the Franchisor has provided You with written notice of such failure.
The Franchisor reserves the right to charge its applicable Training Fee for any Remedial Training that is provided to You and/or Your personnel, and You must cover the costs and expenses incurred by the Franchisor and its personnel in providing such Remedial Training.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts may require franchisees and their personnel to attend Remedial Training under specific circumstances. Expense Reduction Analysts may mandate Remedial Training if a franchisee or their personnel fail to sufficiently complete the Foundational Training Program or any required Additional Training.
Additionally, Expense Reduction Analysts can require Remedial Training if a franchisee fails to operate their Expense Reduction Analysts business in accordance with the terms outlined in the franchise agreement. However, this is only after Expense Reduction Analysts has provided the franchisee with written notice of the failure.
It's important to note that Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to charge its applicable Training Fee for any Remedial Training provided to the franchisee and/or their personnel. The franchisee is also responsible for covering the costs and expenses incurred by Expense Reduction Analysts and its personnel in providing such Remedial Training.
