What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts FDD, Expense Reduction Analysts may require franchisees and/or their employees to attend remedial training if the franchisee breaches the Franchise Agreement or fails to operate the Consulting Business according to Expense Reduction Analysts's system standards and specifications.
This means that if a franchisee violates any terms of the Franchise Agreement or does not meet the standards set by Expense Reduction Analysts for how the business should be run, Expense Reduction Analysts has the right to mandate remedial training. This training is designed to correct the franchisee's deficiencies and bring their business operations back into compliance with the franchise's requirements.
The FDD also states that Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right to charge the applicable Training Fee for any Remedial Training provided to the franchisee and/or their personnel. Additionally, the franchisee must cover the costs and expenses incurred by Expense Reduction Analysts and its personnel in providing such Remedial Training. This highlights a potential financial burden for franchisees who fail to meet the brand's standards, as they will be responsible for both the training fees and the associated costs incurred by Expense Reduction Analysts.
