The Proprietary Software includes SpendVue which is a tool used to assist in the presentation of the savings opportunity available to customers and potential customers of the franchised businesses. In addition you are required to use SourceVue, which is our approved secure vendor/supplier communication channel for procurement and requests for proposals ("RFPs").
The fees charged for the use of SpendVue are paid to us and are described in Item 6 above and may be reviewed and changed from time to time. Your SpendVue Fees paid may be reimbursable from your Marketing Fund Contributions. We may develop or substitute other proprietary products for use in your Consulting Business, including private-label products that bear our Marks, and require you to purchase these items from us or our affiliate(s).

According to Expense Reduction Analysts's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, SpendVue is proprietary software that franchisees must use. Specifically, SpendVue is a tool to help Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees show potential clients how much money they could save by using Expense Reduction Analysts's services. Expense Reduction Analysts franchisees must pay fees to the franchisor for using SpendVue, as detailed in Item 6 of the FDD. These fees may be reimbursable from the franchisee's Marketing Fund Contributions.
Expense Reduction Analysts can develop or substitute other proprietary products for use in the franchisee's Consulting Business, including private-label products that bear their Marks, and require franchisees to purchase these items from them or their affiliates. In addition to SpendVue, franchisees are required to use SourceVue, which is Expense Reduction Analysts's approved secure vendor/supplier communication channel for procurement and requests for proposals.
Expense Reduction Analysts designates themselves and/or their affiliates as the only Approved Supplier for the Proprietary Software, email accounts, document signing services, and technology they determine to cover as part of the Technology Fee. Franchisees are required to purchase these items from Expense Reduction Analysts or their affiliates. Expense Reduction Analysts also reserves the right to designate themselves or any of their affiliates as an Approved Supplier with respect to any item franchisees must purchase in connection with their Consulting Business in the future.
