What section of the Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Agreement covers inspections and audits?

According to Expense Reduction Analysts' 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, inspections and audits are covered in Sections 20.3 and 20.4 of the Franchise Agreement. Item 6 and 11 of the disclosure document also relate to inspections and audits.

Specifically, Expense Reduction Analysts may conduct periodic quality assurance inspections of a franchisee's Consulting Business, including their books and records, tax returns, and computer and other electronic records. These inspections can occur during normal business hours, and franchisees are required to cooperate with Expense Reduction Analysts' representatives. This includes providing any necessary passwords and access keys to allow a full inspection of all records stored in any electronic media.

Expense Reduction Analysts also has the right to independently access, monitor, and retrieve any data a franchisee inputs or collects electronically, including access to their Computer System, for any purpose they deem necessary. There are no contractual limitations on Expense Reduction Analysts' right to access this information. All material and data related to the System must be housed digitally in Expense Reduction Analysts' approved OneDrive folder accessed through their Proprietary Software, including all Confidential Information as defined in the Franchise Agreement, such as prospect, client, and supplier data.
