Expense_Reduction_Analysts Franchise · 2025 FDDAnswer from 2025 FDD Document
We expect and assume that you will operate from a home office, that meets our System standards and specifications, to the extent such standards/specifications have been reduced and provided to you in writing. However, we may permit or require you to operate your Consulting Business from a separate office space if: (i) your primary residence is not located within the Area; (ii) we determine that you are not operating your Consulting Business in a professional and organized manner from your home office; or (iii) you submit a request in writing to operate your Consulting Business from an existing business office or a separately leased office space and the proposed office space meets our then-current standards for a separately leased office space. We reserve the right, but are not obligated to, to review, inspect and approve your proposed rented office space that you will dedicate as the Office Premises. You may not relocate your Office Premises without our prior written consent.

What This Means (2025 FDD)
According to Expense Reduction Analysts's 2025 Franchise Disclosure Document, the company does retain the right to review, inspect, and approve a franchisee's proposed rented office space. Expense Reduction Analysts expects franchisees to operate from a home office that meets their system standards.
However, Expense Reduction Analysts may permit or require a franchisee to operate from a separate office space under certain conditions. These conditions include situations where the franchisee's primary residence is not within the designated area, if Expense Reduction Analysts determines the business is not being operated professionally from the home office, or if the franchisee requests to operate from an existing business office or separately leased space that meets Expense Reduction Analysts's standards.
If a franchisee chooses to operate from a separate office space, Expense Reduction Analysts reserves the right, but is not obligated, to review, inspect, and approve the proposed rented office space. Furthermore, franchisees are not allowed to relocate their office premises without obtaining prior written consent from Expense Reduction Analysts. This ensures that all locations meet the brand's standards and maintain a consistent image.
