Does Expense Reduction Analysts have the right to change any aspect of the ERA System?

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to modify the ERA System. The ERA System is defined as the unique business format, systems, methods, procedures, policies, image, operations, standards, and controls pertaining to the operation of an Expense Reduction Analysts Business. Expense Reduction Analysts can supplement, revise, or otherwise modify the ERA System or any aspect of it.

As an Expense Reduction Analysts franchisee, you must promptly accept and comply with any such changes. You are also expected to make reasonable expenditures to comply with any changes that Expense Reduction Analysts makes to the ERA System.

Expense Reduction Analysts will provide you with a reasonable amount of time to comply with any change or modification to the ERA System once you have been notified of such change in writing via the ERA Manuals or otherwise. This ensures that franchisees are given adequate notice and time to adjust their business practices accordingly, which is a fairly standard practice in franchising, allowing franchisors to maintain brand consistency and adapt to market changes while providing franchisees with support during transitions.
