(2) The Franchisor reserves the right to supplement, revise or otherwise modify the ERA System or any aspect/component thereof, and You agree to promptly accept and comply with any such addition, subtraction, revision, modification or change and make such reasonable expenditures as may be necessary to comply with any change that the Franchisor makes to the ERA System. Moreover, the Franchisor will provide You with a reasonable amount of time to comply with any change or modification to the ERA System once You have been notified of such change/modification in writing via the ERA Manuals or otherwise.

According to the 2025 Expense Reduction Analysts Franchise Disclosure Document, Expense Reduction Analysts retains the right to modify the ERA System. The ERA System is defined as the unique business format, systems, methods, procedures, policies, image, operations, standards, and controls pertaining to the operation of an Expense Reduction Analysts Business. Expense Reduction Analysts can supplement, revise, or otherwise modify the ERA System or any aspect of it.

As an Expense Reduction Analysts franchisee, you must promptly accept and comply with any such changes. You are also expected to make reasonable expenditures to comply with any changes that Expense Reduction Analysts makes to the ERA System.
